Prior to moving into Financial Markets Training, I, Nasir, spent five years of my professional life as a Proprietary Trader, trading in Equity and Commodity Futures & Options for a boutique firm based in Canary Wharf. Although having had a certain degree of success in my life as a Trader, unfortunately the troubles of the credit crisis put immense pressure on the fund, which shortly had to be closed. Thus giving me the opportunity to move into Financial Markets Training, as this was a natural progression for me; given his background in IT Consulting with Accenture and serving as a Mathematics School Teacher; prior to becoming a Trader.

During my time as a Trader, I have delivered lectures at universities around London on financial markets, as well as developed and delivered financial market courses around UK and Asia to audiences of 25-200 delegates, consisting of graduates and working professionals.

Today I work with various Investment Banks around the globe delivering bespoke training courses aimed at a multitude of subject areas ranging from Trading, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Risk through to Operations and Financial Maths

I put together my skills and knowledge in financial markets trading, consulting and teaching to develop and deliver bespoke courses for our clients on investment banking and various markets-focused courses. Within the courses I deliver, I use my market experience as an ex-trader to give delegates an insight into the practical aspects as well as the technical concepts of financial markets, thus ensuring my delegates are fully equipped and prepared for the real markets.
